Research Project Management Office
The Research Project Management Office (PMO) provides project and business analyst support to research administration. We deliver process improvement, change management, implementation, advisory and governance services while practicing leading project standards and promoting research administration best practices across the research organization.
The Project Management Office (PMO) at the Research Institute was approved for creation by CSO Leadership to address the need for a formal Program Management approach to manage the delivery of 155 improvement recommendations identified through a review of the Research Institutes administration and operation processes and procedures. In addition to the delivery of the original Recommendations Program, the PMO also manages a variety of projects and process improvement initiatives, across the Institute, as part of their overall Project Portfolio.
