Bio

Geary brings to the Program Management Office and Center of Excellence a wealth of project management experience based upon two decades of managing a variety of research, financial, treasury, human resource, payroll, and process improvement implementations. She has held senior project and program management positions with consulting, global, multi-national and Fortune 500 organizations in industries including research, health services, education, treasury and banking, chemical, power supply, and automotive. Her leadership experience comprises leveraging project management and business analysis to proactively identify and implement leading practices with respect to process improvement and technology.

Geary has successfully completed implementation and integration projects related to quality, system optimization, information technology and financial risk mitigation, policy development, audit compliance, and inclusion and diversity.

Program and Project Management

  • Created and implemented standards, tools and processes for Sarbanes-Oxley IT General Controls compliance program
  • Implemented project and portfolio management processes and standards for corporate project management office
  • Interim operations manager for corporate payroll department
  • Managed multi-year implementation of global treasury and cash management system and banking tools for Asia and South America
  • Created standardized global implementation program for treasury and cash management
  • Managed multi-year program for global financial systems implementation

Diversity and Inclusion Management

  • Established North American LGBTQ Inclusion and Diversity Employee Resource Group for a global organization
  • Facilitated submission to Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index, achieving a perfect 100 in 2016 and future submissions
