Data Management and Biostatistics
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute is home to a preeminent pediatric data management and biostatistics program comprised of the Biostatistics and Data Management Core, the Data Science and Biostatistics Unit, and the Pediatrics Section of the Division of Biostatistics in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Informatics in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. These groups work in partnership with CHOP investigators to manage, clean, and analyze data; develop and apply novel methodologies to complex pediatric research questions; and co-author grants and manuscripts. CHOP biostatistics faculty and staff ensure methodological rigor is applied to all child health studies.
