Alexander Gonzalez leads the DBHi Translational Research Informatics Group (TRiG), a team of data integration analysts and data scientists specializing in data integration solutions designed to manage complex rare disease data in biomedical research.
Alexander Gonzalez leads the DBHi Translational Research Informatics Group (TRiG), a team of data integration analysts and data scientists specializing in data integration solutions designed to manage complex rare disease data in biomedical research. His team partners with a multitude of divisions across CHOP and the Arcus project to tackle a host of novel data integration projects.
In his time at CHOP, Alexander has worked with the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Group, Center for Injury Research Prevention, and the Division of Neurology in implementing data integration solutions at scale.
