Research PMO Brown Bag - Proj. Mgmt. Case Study Session 3

Please join us for this collaborative, educational opportunity that will demonstrate documentation and activity details throughout the lifecycle of a project. This three-part case study/walkthrough of an actual project will take you on a deep dive through Initiation & Definition* (09/16/2020), Development & Validation* (12/16/2020), and Production & Project Close.

This third session will cover the Production & Project Close phases of a project that was implemented in 2019 to support an application used in Research Labs. We will demonstrate the sequence of activities and the view of how each relevant document is built and represented in a plan.

Video use is preferred to make the session more interactive and engaging amongst the group, also providing a great networking opportunity for everyone
