Want to know the benefits of helping fellow women scientists? We'll discuss Shine Theory and how to celebrate and empower female scientists.

Speaker

Aime T. Franco, PhD
Assistant Professor, Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes

Shine Theory is a practice of mutual investment with the simple premise that "I don't shine if you don't shine."

Dr. Aime Franco will lead a discussion on how to:

  • Stop competing, choose collaboration and support each other.
  • Encourage one another to speak out and share opinions, problems, and solutions.
  • Lift each other up by providing positive feedback and celebrating good ideas and results.

All are welcome to attend!
