The Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs (ATOP) and the Postdocs for Diversity in Science (PDS) invite you to the CHOP Diversity Symposium Lecture Series.

"Diversity Matters, But It's Not Enough: Breaking the Cycle of Feast and Famine in Academia"

Keynote Speaker:
Katrina Caldwell, PhD
Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University

Dr. Caldwell has spent the past 27 years as a leader in building infrastructure and supports for strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She will discuss the importance of addressing culture, climate, and pathways to success as a precursor to the recruitment of diverse faculty, staff, and students.
