"Diversity Matters, But It's Not Enough: Breaking the Cycle of Feast and Famine in Academia"

Keynote Speaker:
Katrina Caldwell, PhD
Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University

Dr. Caldwell has spent the past 27 years as a leader in building infrastructure and supports for strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She will discuss the importance of addressing culture, climate, and pathways to success as a precursor to the recruitment of diverse faculty, staff, and students.
