Change Management Part 1 of 2: Fundamentals

Please join the Research Project Management Office for the first in a two-part series that will provide you with a fundamental understanding of Change Management and methods to successfully integrate it with project management leveraging the technical and people side of change.

Project Management is utilized for process improvement and system implementations. Change Management is a component of Project Management and is defined as a structured approach to better understand the benefits and desired outcomes of change for the project and the greater organization.
The course will answer some of the following questions:
