Call for Applications: Bridge to Faculty Program

The Bridge to Faculty Program was developed to support diverse CHOP-based PhD or MD/PhD postdoctoral fellows and early-stage scientists from historically underrepresented groups prepare for a successful transition to tenure track faculty by:

  • Positioning program participants to be competitive on the job market
  • Supporting them during the application and interview process
  • Preparing them for the rigorous expectations of a tenure track faculty position driving advancement and promotion

Applicants must submit a completed application package (including reference letters and a letter of support from their CHOP-based mentor) by January 18, 2023.

Successful applicants will be notified in March 2023 with a start date of July 1, 2023. Check out the Bridge to Faculty @CHOP page for more information.
