Clinical Futures and PolicyLab jointly sponsor a pilot grant program to support Children's Hospital of Philadelphia investigators in launching clinical effectiveness and policy-oriented health services research studies. The Centers are pleased to invite applications to the Fall 2023 cycle of the Clinical Futures and PolicyLab pilot grant competition!

Applications are due on October 2, 2023. Projects designed to investigate disparities and/or improve equity of health care access or outcomes are especially encouraged. The program will support CHOP investigators in clinical effectiveness pilot research studies and/or policy-oriented health services pilot research studies. Selected proposals will be supported for up to a maximum of $20,000 for one year. Projects should be able to be completed within one year.

Faculty and instructors from all CHOP departments and divisions are encouraged to apply. We will also consider funding research scientists, experienced research coordinators and research fellows.

You can find more information on how to apply.

Both centers are also excited to announce their spring 2023 pilot grant recipients! Learn about their exciting projects and be sure to visit Clinical Futures' website and PolicyLab's website to learn more about the program.
