Sean McHugh is interested in how stressors during cancer treatment affect emotion regulation, and how this relationship influences psychosocial outcomes and overall quality of life in pediatric/young adult patients with cancer.
Bio
Sean McHugh is a volunteer for the Hocking Lab who assists with recruitment, data entry and analysis, and the dissemination of research findings. He graduated from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville with a BSc in Neuroscience and aims to purse a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. McHugh has a broad interest in how stressors during cancer treatment affect emotion regulation, and how this relationship influences psychosocial outcomes and overall quality of life in pediatric/young adult patients with cancer.
