The ABCs of Menopause: It's Not Just Hot Flashes!

Christine Peter, RN
Registered Nurse (RN) and Digital Health Coach at Ovia Health

Christine, who is one of Ovia's Certified Menopause Practitioners, will be leading a presentation on common menopause-related phrases and definitions, signs and symptoms, treatment options, and finding relevant care and support. There will be an opportunity for questions and open discussion after the presentation.

Christine has over 15 years of experience as a nurse in labor and delivery, community health, and infertility treatment settings. She is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner. She also has extensive experience in third-party reproduction (gestational surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, and embryo donation). In addition to working in the field of infertility, Christine has personal experience serving as both an egg donor and gestational surrogate.

Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University in Virginia. She is passionate about making healthcare affordable and accessible and utilizing technology to improve outcomes.
