Center for Outcomes REsearch in Surgery Opens to Support Clinical Investigation
The mission of the Center for Outcomes REsearch in Surgery (CORES) is to improve outcomes of children with surgical conditions by generating new knowledge and applying that knowledge back into clinical care at CHOP.
CORES was established to strengthen patient-centered outcomes research throughout the Department of Surgery. CORES supports a wide breadth of clinical investigation including clinical trials, comparative effectiveness research, and implementation science.
