In this webinar recording, learn how to request already approved software, purchase, request new software installations on CHOP imaged PCs and laptops from the RIS End User Technology Services Manager. Many softwares are already available, and for security reasons new applications need to be fully vetted by CHOP Digital & Technology Services Information Security team.

- Software Request Process: Submit a request for software installation using the ServiceNow system and ensure the manager approves it promptly to avoid delays.
- Software Onboarding: Fill out the application onboarding form for any new software that is not on the approved list and submit it for security review.
- Manager Approval: Alert your manager to approve software requests promptly to expedite the process.
- Check Software Status: Check the status of your software request in the ServiceNow portal under "My Requests" to track its progress.
- Expedite Software Requests: Contact the IT Application Owner, once you've made your submission, if you need to expedite a software request due to urgent requirements such as grant deadlines.
