If you are requesting software that requires a purchase, please use the Request Computer Software Purchasing service.

Administrator access is required for all software installations on CHOP Information Services imaged hardware. To request software be installed on your CHOP imaged hardware please submit a request to the Employee Service Center, using the steps below:

 

Software Installation Workflow

Software Installation Request
Step 01

Software Installation Request: For free or self-purchased software installation via ESP Other Application Form(Log in Required).

Software Installation Manager Approval
Step 02

Software Installation Manager Approval: Your manager will receive an approval notification. Approval is necessary to move to the next step.

Software Security Review
Step 03

Software Security Review: If the software is new to CHOP, you must first submit a ServiceNow Request.

Software Installation Fulfillment
Step 04

Software Installation Fulfillment: RIS Technician will contact you to setup a time to install the software for you.

Check Request Status

To check the status of your request, go to the CHOP Employee Service Center (Log in required), under "My Requests", open specific request record and in right column under "Stage" within the request record will be the request status.
