Request Access to an Artificial Intelligence Site

Users are reminded to follow the Acceptable Use of Technology Resources policy (log in required), and the Acceptable Uses and Governance of Artificial Intelligence Job Aid (log in required), when using  artificial intelligence technology.  

Use this catalog item to request access to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) site that is currently blocked. All requests for access to a blocked AI site will first need to be reviewed and approved by the VP of your department, as part of the request workflow, before being reviewed by the AI Governance Committee. Access to AI sites that are currently blocked is only allowed via approved exception with proper business justification. AI sites present cybersecurity risk to CHOP and can lead to data loss. Therefore, a limited number of AI sites are allowed and monitored, while others are blocked by default.

Approval can take up to a month; once approved, requests can typically be fulfilled within 5 business days.
