RIS Outreach Services
Technology awareness and utilization within the research community can greatly impact research discovery. The Research Information Services (RIS) Outreach Services team relentlessly works to connect researchers and administrators with the information services they need to succeed. RIS Outreach Services has over a decade of experience, access to all RIS technology teams, and collaborates with CHOP Digital & Technology Services to improve productivity and efficiency, and aid researchers in their child healthcare research discoveries and innovations.

Client Experience Enhancements
Educate faculty and staff to increase knowledge and utilization of Research Information Services, and monitor their immediate and long-term information service needs, improve Research Information Services communications, services, support, and workflows. Provide IS request escalation management and assistance.
