Results for Down Syndrome

Dr. Moser serves in a primarily clinical role at the Center for Autism Research on the Infant Brain Imaging Study, conducting clinical and diagnostic evaluations for infants, toddlers, and school-age children with and without autism spectrum disorder, as well as individuals with Down syndrome.

Dr. Chou focuses on regenerative blood cellular therapy, the mechanisms of normal human hematopoietic development, and the pathophysiology of pediatric hematologic diseases.

Dr. Kelly is an attending physician in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and a professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on cystic fibrosis, bone and body composition, and endocrine co-morbidities in Down syndrome.

Dr. Hatch-Stein's research interests include diabetes, thyroid disorders, and disorders of growth and puberty. Recent clinical research projects include "Bone Health and Cardiovascular Risk in Turner Syndrome" and "Patterns of Height Velocity in Down Syndrome."

Dr. Jolley's research lab is focused on visualizing and quantifying congenitally abnormal heart structures using 3D imaging with the driving goal of informing surgical and interventional planning in children and adults with congenital heart disease.

Dr. French came to CHOP in 2008 to establish the Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Core in the Center for Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics. She is an internationally recognized researcher involved in multi-investigator teams that utilize pluripotent stem cells for modeling human disease to study mechanism, development, and establish new therapeutic modalities.

Emma Davis is currently a clinical research assistant for the Infant Brain Imaging Study at CAR.

Gabriella (Ella) Buboltz is a research assistant for the Infant Brain Imaging Study at the Center for Autism Research, which looks at the relationship between brain development and behavior in infants, children, and adolescents.
