As a clinician-scientist/innovator, Dr. Winston leads CHOP's Innovation Ecosystem and released a free e-textbook, Academic Entrepreneurship for Medical and Health Scientist.
Thomas Seacrist's research is focused on how the anatomical and developmental differences between children and adults affect their motion during motor vehicle crashes, improving child crash test dummies, and detecting driving behavior differences between novice teen and experienced adult drivers.

She has expertise in family-school-health system collaboration, classroom consultation, and integrated behavioral health in primary care settings. Currently, her interest is in the neurobiology of anorexia, the role of neurocognition in eating disorder maintenance, sex differences in eating disorders, and the development of new treatments for youth with eating disorders.
Dr. Vo’s research mission is to develop evidence-based digital health interventions to improve outcomes. Her immediate focus is to develop digital health products for suicide risk screening of children and adolescents in primary care, and to connect those at risk to mental healthcare.

Dr. Smith is a laboratory animal medicine veterinarian. As Technical Director of the CCMT Comparative Medicine Services Core, he helps guide promising therapeutics and devices from discovery and developmental studies through nonclinical studies.
Dr. Anderson’s research interests focus on the molecular and cellular mechanisms that govern the development of the mammalian forebrain. In his research on the development of the cerebral cortex, he is particularly interested in understanding the molecular underpinnings behind the fate determination and axon targeting of subclasses of GABAergic interneurons implicated in the neuropathology of schizophrenia.
