Julie C. Fitzgerald, MD, PhD, MSCE
Julie C. Fitzgerald

Dr. Fitzgerald's research focuses on the impact of pediatric sepsis on renal dysfunction. She examines biomarkers that may be helpful in predicting renal dysfunction in septic acute kidney injury, and the impact of resuscitative therapies and pharmacometrics in sepsis on the development of sepsis-related renal dysfunction.

Daniella Levy-Erez, MD
Daniella Levy-Erez

Dr. Levy-Erez's research is focused on the discovery of immune urinary biomarkers among children developing acute kidney injury. She is studying both a unique population of immune-compromised children after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) as well as children who have an intact immune system who develop acute kidney injury after cardiac bypass surgery.
