Dr. Venkatakrishna received his medical degree from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India and his pre-university education in science, with biology as the core subject. He worked as a resident in the Department of Emergency Medicine and as a volunteer in Bangalore, India. His prior research experience include volunteering as a student research assistant during his time in medical school. He was also a physician observer in our department in June 2019.
