Mohannad Elgamal, MBBS, is a radiology research scholar working with the gastrointestinal imaging team. He discovered his passion for interventional radiology medicine at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dubai. While there, he served as the president of the Radiology Club, where students presented cases, practiced systematic reporting, and presented posters at local conferences.

Dr. Elgamal has actively contributed to research projects and publications on pediatric neurosurgery, autism spectrum disorder, artificial intelligence in radiology, and quality improvement. He is also passionate about additive manufacturing and 3D modeling, collaborating with the CHAMP 3D Lab at CHOP. Additionally, he has a keen interest in medical education, particularly in exploring the implications of emerging technologies in medical training and clinical practice.
