Bio

Dr. Francavilla is an attending radiologist within the Division of Body Imaging, director of Radiology Informatics, and assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is actively engaged in researching pediatric musculoskeletal disease, particularly axial spondyloarthritis. Additional research projects include imaging clinical decision support and tools to increase radiologist productivity.

He holds board certification in Clinical Informatics and Diagnostic Radiology with a subspecialty certificate in Pediatric Radiology.
