Dr. Nace is an attending pediatric surgeon at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition to advancing pediatric trauma care, his academic and research interests are focused on education and improving quality within surgical care.

Bio

Dr. Nace is an attending pediatric surgeon with the Division of Pediatric General, Thoracic and Fetal Surgery, and the Trauma Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Also at CHOP, he is a Center for Violence Prevention associate. At the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, he is an assistant professor of Surgery.

Dr. Nace conducts clinical research focusing on pediatric firearm injuries and other aspects of pediatric trauma care. He is committed to teaching pediatric trauma care and is frequently invited to give lectures and provide other educational activities.
