Bio

Dr. Escobar is an attending radiologist within the Divisions of Interventional Radiology and Body Imaging and an assistant professor of radiology at the University of Pennsylvania.

He received his Medical Degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and completed a residency in radiology at the Hospital Universitario de San Ignacio Pontificia Universidad Javerniana in Colombia. Additional, Dr. Escobar completed a Pediatric Diagnostic and a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

He holds dual board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Pediatric Radiology.
