Elizabeth Silvestro is the Additive Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Children’s Hospital Additive Manufacturing for Pediatrics 3D Labs. She is also a Research Trainee at the Center for Injury Research and Prevention.
Elizabeth Silvestro is the manager of the Children’s Hospital Additive Manufacturing for Pediatrics (CHAMP) 3D Labs. She is also a Research Trainee working under the supervision of Dr. Flaura K. Winston, MD, PhD at CHOP’s Center for Injury Research and Prevention (CIRP). Silvestro has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania, focused on the development of pediatric simulation phantoms. Furthermore, she is a member of CHOP’s Innovation Ecosystem team, the Pennsylvania Pediatric Medical Device Consortium, UPenn McKay Orthopedic Research Laboratory.
