Bring your Lunch to this collaborative, educational opportunity to learn about the importance of Project Communications and Risk Management. This learning session will explain the processes necessary to ensure the communication needs of the project and its stakeholders are met. Additionally, how to apply risk avoidance and risk mitigation techniques throughout the project life cycle will be discussed.
