The Lifetime Impact of Childhood Cancer and Cancer Therapy

Objectives:

  • To provide an overview of the lifetime risk for morbidity and mortality among survivors of childhood cancer
  • To provide a model for research to conduct innovative clinical, genetic and observational research
  • To translate findings into effective strategies to avert or mitigate treatment-related complication and improve quality of life for children with cancer
