All research event requests must be submitted through Creative Services for content review, format, and design of the event website item/posting. Please submit suggested copy that is as close to "publication-ready" as possible.

You will receive two versions for final review: an edited full-length version and a condensed version to fit campus digital signage parameters. Please review within 48 hours, and refrain from submitting changes after final approval. Additional late changes may delay your event posting.
Events published to Research Institute's external website, via the Upcoming Events page, will reach all CHOP Research faculty and staff as well as the public. Alternatively, events can also be publicized to internal - only audiences, via the @CHOP Research Community page, or digital signage in select Research Buildings.
