All research event requests must be submitted through Creative Services for content review, format, and design of the event website item/posting. Please submit suggested copy that is as close to "publication-ready" as possible.
Event submissions will be included in the areas below, unless otherwise specified:
- Events section on this website
- Digital signage displays (condensed version) located in CTRB, ARC, and Roberts as well as the CTRB elevator display cases.
- Included on the @CHOP Research page

The turnaround time for events is five (5) business days. Event series may take longer.
You will receive two versions for final review: an edited full-length version and a condensed version to fit campus digital signage parameters. Please review within 48 hours, and refrain from submitting changes after final approval. Additional late changes may delay your announcement posting.
