Clinical Informatics Fellowship
The Clinical Informatics Fellowship program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is a two-year program that includes didactic and rotational training. Upon successful completion of the program, the fellows are prepared for certification in the clinical informatics subspecialty and equipped to be a practicing informatician, leader, and innovator in academic, healthcare, and industry settings.
Clinical Informatics Residency
The Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics offers a clinical informatics residency elective to CHOP residents* for those interested in clinical applications of technology, data, and the electronic health record who have a desire to learn more in a fun, interactive style.
Residents at CHOP can learn how to apply the principles of clinical informatics in the daily practice of Pediatrics. In addition, they will become more comfortable in facilitating, informing, and leading the selection and implementation of electronic health record systems in a pediatric health organization. Contact Anthony Luberti, MD, for more information on the clinical informatics residency elective.
*Note: this elective is currently NOT available for external rotating residents.
