The Behavior, Emotions, Development, and Sleep (BEDS) Lab utilizes empirical evidence in evaluating and treating young children with behavioral sleep problems to pilot innovative theories and behavioral interventions focused on pediatric sleep. The research group collaborates with local programs, such as Beds for Kids, a Philadelphia-area charity program that provides beds and bedding to children living in poverty, and they conduct research within Children's Hospital Primary Care Network. The BEDS Lab's goal is to provide comprehensive and evidence-based information and ways to improve sleep in young children.
