Shape How Our CHOP Community Works in the Future

The COVID pandemic highlighted that remote working (also referred to as Alternative Work Arrangements, or AWA) is not only possible but in some cases welcomed and preferred. The Enterprise Space Optimization Initiative at CHOP is reconsidering pre-COVID pandemic space planning, in order to optimize where and how we work, and if possible, be more efficient in how we use workspace throughout the CHOP community, with the understanding that full-time or part-time Remote Working will not work for everyone.

The Research Institute Leadership Team and Enterprise Space Optimization Initiative Sponsors are inviting all research faculty, administrators, trainees and staff to participate in an Enterprise Space Optimization survey. This survey presents an opportunity to express yourself about your work environments to CHOP’s leadership. It is anonymous and should take 15 minutes or less to complete.

The Enterprise Space Optimization survey will ask for your opinions about a range of topics focused on the workplace prior to the impact of COVID-19, your experiences working during COVID-19, and your expectations about the workplace post COVID-19. Your views are very important, and the direct feedback you provide will play an integral role in informing how our entire CHOP community works in the future.
