Research Institute Family Advisory Council

Studies benefit from community engagement and parental perspective. The Research Institute Family Advisory Council is a free resource available CHOP investigators that is helping to address this need. This Council meets monthly and provides an opportunity for researchers at CHOP to engage with members from the community, present questions important to their research and receive valuable feedback from patient and family stakeholders.

The Council is a diverse and inclusive group of families who are representative of the families served at CHOP. Investigators are able to engage with families to solicit their feedback and opinions on research and family engagement at all stages of research projects.
