The Global Health Center at CHOP is currently recruiting early career pediatricians and pediatric specialists for the David N. Pincus Global Health Fellowship.

Established in 2008 by a generous gift from David N. Pincus, this endowed fellowship program provides opportunities for Global Health fellows to enhance their clinical, educational, research, advocacy and leadership skills in pediatric global health.

The fellowship seeks outstanding candidates who not only want to provide clinical service and education in a global setting, but who are also problem solvers who will work with their mentors to design and implement projects and research studies that will benefit children in our partner communities.

The application deadline is 5:00 p.m. September 23, 2020. Find complete eligibility requirements and application instructions.

Questions? Please reach out to Fellowship Director, Andrew Steenhoff, MBBCh, DCH at steenhoff [at] email.chop.edutitle="Email Andrew Steenhoff, MBBCh, DCH".

Accepted applicants join an educationally rich and exciting three-year, fully funded immersive academic pediatric global health fellowship and work primarily in Botswana or the Dominican Republic. (Please note that 2020 accepted applicants will begin fellowship in July 2021 in Botswana, but candidates may indicate interest in the Dominican Republic site for 2023-2026.)
