Content Submission Forms Upgrades

Alert: JIRA Core is being upgraded from 8.9.0 to 8.12.1

A planned upgrade of Research Information Services Atlassian JIRA-based request forms on www.research.chop.edu will occur Monday, October 5, 2020 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The forms will not display during this upgrade. Please plan accordingly and submit your requests before or after this planned upgrade window.

The website itself should not be affected, and will continue to function. The effect is for CHOP network users only; external users will not notice any difference to display or function.

Effected forms:

• Submit an Event
• Submit an Announcement
• Submit an Edit – (Button on right side of website)
• Update this Profile – (Button on right of Profile pages)
• Suggest a Search Result (Button on right of Search pages)
• Request this Service – (Button on left of RIS Web Services, RIS Application Services, and RIS Business Analytics Services)
• Any other forms that submit via JIRA intake functionality
