Pricilla Cabral is a research coordinator for the pioneering MACY Project, she excels in administrative and operational roles, ensuring smooth project execution, data analysis, and successful recruitment activities. Passionate about promoting equity in medical education, she aims to pioneer novel approaches to create more inclusive assessment practices that transcend pediatric education and impact diverse fields.  

Cabral holds a bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Administration and a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Her dedication and commitment to research, organization, and inclusivity makes her a driving force in fostering positive change in healthcare and education as she pursues a master's degree in Population Health.
