Pre-Employment Physical
Before attending New Hire Orientation, new Hospital employees must complete a conditional health screening by the Occupational Health Department, located at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 34th Street and Civic Center Blvd. After accepting an offer of employment from the Hospital, new employees should contact the Occupational Health Department to schedule an appointment by calling 215-590-1928 weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. To avoid delay in starting your employment at Children's Hospital, complete the conditional health screening by the Thursday prior to New Hire Orientation. Additional information can be found on the Before You Get Here section of the New Employee Orientation site.
